Al Shields truly believe the clients needs and concerns are his as well. The road to a successful  housing transaction can be stressful at times. Al’s promise to his customers is that they can rely on him to listen, understand and work diligently to meet their needs.

Al is  married with five grown children and 10 grandchildren plus 2 great-grandchild.

Al’s early life was fortunate to travel growing up in a service family.. After high school he joined the Air Force. He completed the service and moved to St.Petersburg in 1971 and has never left.He attended St. Petersburg and received his Associate in Arts Degree while at the same time working in the aerospace industry at Honeywell. Al worked in management in charge of building and testing electronic devices. As a supervisor of over 50 employees it helped develop skills in relating to peoples individual needs while still maintaining a deadline. After 20 plus years Al went to work in sales for Verizon. Following his tenure there Al became a Realtor. 

It is important to Al that his clients feel comfortable working with him. Al wants his clients to feel confident that he will be there every step of this sometimes complicated process.Al knows that communication is paramount to a smooth transaction.
